High Craft celebrates the tradition of women meeting to make craft. These 'bitch n stitch' sessions are about sharing more than the craft. The regular meet ups also act as a 'group therapy' where 'secret womens' buisness' happens! Women from various crafting connections were invited to contribute to 'High Craft'. The community which evolved was symbolic of, and celebrates, the tradition of women meeting to make craft. The women have diverse backgrounds, skills and lifestyles however can relate and converse with the craft as the common thread. This diversity is reflected in the buildings.
